Consultations include addressing all general tech questions and concerns, while providing recommendations and generalized IT support. This includes isolating and pinpointing technical issues, thereafter making recommendations or creating solutions that work best for you.
Senior Tech Concierge Services: routine 1-on-1 trainings on topics such as Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power-Point, and Outlook. Additional basic 101 trainings included.
Software services include the installation of applications, programs, and plug-ins. Support also includes device tune ups; malware, adware, and virus removal. In response to the increase of device hijacking, assistance with software installation(s) ensures compatibility requirements are met with complete and proper setup of the application. Malware scans target all files and programs to remove spyware, adware, and PUP's (possibly unwanted programs).
Hardware services include diagnosing, isolating, and replacing internal hardware failures. Services include the replacement or upgrade of internal components such as the following: Battery, Power Supply, RAM (Random Access Memory), HDD (Hard Disk Drive), SSD (Solid State Drive), CPU (Core Processing Unit), and the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). Data backup's and data transfers are also provided under this service category. Internal part upgrades replace aging or slowing hardware with newer and more efficient components.
In Home services ensure your tech "eco-system" is functioning smoothly. Ensuring that all in-home devices are harmonious in communicating with one another, and functioning properly. Services include the initial setup of new purchases such as: a Printer, Modem-Router, Smart TV, Streaming or Smart Devices, Laptop, Desktop, or an All-in-One. Services also including troubleshooting issues with existing devices. For newly purchased computers: this service also includes software installation(s), account setup or migration, and transferring data.
This service does not include mounting devices.

Corporate Services include the following Administrative Assistance: Azure Active Directory management, Exchange Online System and User management. O365, Outlook Distribution Group management and administration. Vendor proxy and collaboration for office space solutions: SAP Concur, CITRIX, RICOH, Cannon, Xerox, AWS, and Zoom. In person OS support: Windows / Apple / Linux / VM (Virtual Machine). Network support and network management: Unifi and Fortigate system(s), WAP placement or replacement. Remote Support – LogMeIn, TeamViewer, VMware, Splashtop SOS, Quick Assist, Control Up.

Advanced services are designed to support and educate entrepreneurs at any stage, in the language of modern technology. Services focus on Business Development in connection to technology centered on client engagement and digital marketing. Including assistance with curating a professional web presence.
