Senior Tech Concierge Services; routine 1-on-1 trainings include topics such as Windows, Apple, Microsoft Office, Outlook and much more. 

Software services include the installation of applications, services, and programs. Software support also includes device tune ups, along with malware, adware, and antivirus support and removal. 

Assistance with program installation verifies compatibility with your machine, and ensures the proper and complete setup of an application. Malware removal  targets all malicious programs including spyware, adware, and PUP's.

Hardware services include the diagnosing and isolation of internal issues. Hardware services include the replacing of internal hardware such as RAM, HDD or SSD, that is defective. Data backup's are also provided under this service catagory. Internal part upgrades are also covered, as some may desire to replace / upgrade aging hardware with newer and more efficient equipment.

Our In Home services will ensure a smooth transition to your new device. Please note, a new computer setup is offered as a remote or in person appointment.

For newly purchased computers: this service includes software installation, account migration, and data transfers. Further, this service extends to the hardware set up of  in-home offices, and smart TV setup. 

This service does not include mounting the device.
